Who are you thankful for? Would you like to win an autographed book for them?

December is coming--in case you didn't know. GRIN When they start talking about the day after Thanksgiving as Black Friday, we know that Christmas is coming. (Or at least the retail side of the holiday.)

Her Healing Ways,
the final book in my Gabriel Sisters series for Love Inspired Historical will be released the second week of December. And I want to give a few copies away!

Here's the badge or link to my new Facebook LIKE page, "Lyn Cote's Books."

Don't ask me why it say "elcome" instead of Welcome. Some little imp is in there playing around. But if you want to keep up with my books on Facebook, just click the badge above and give me the thumbs up!

Now my question is--who would you like to give an autographed copy of Her Healing Ways to and why?

Please leave a comment either today or Friday through Sunday, Nov. 28th. And I'll enter all the names into a drawing. I'll send autographed copies of Her Healing Ways, one each to two different people whom two someones nominate. That means you can nominate more than one person but I'll be choosing one winner from two different people who leave comments. Hope that's as clear as turkey gravy!

So leave a comment with their first name and why you are nominating them.

Don't forget to leave your email address written thus: l(dot)cote(at)juno(dot)com. OK?

I nominate my sister in law, Jennifer Dillard. She loves to read and use to borrow a bunch of my books before I moved from AL to CA. She just had a baby and this book would be great to give her something to do for herself. my email is bamafan25(at)gmail(dot)com

Thanks,
Huge Fan, Valarie Barber

i nominate my Mother for an autographed book. She has been waiting on me hand and foot since i had my surgery 3 weeks ago, hardly letting me lift my own coffee cup (which is serious). mitzi_wanham@yahoo.com

I nominate Melody, a friend of mine on Goodreads. Although we only know each other from the board, she has made our board there so much fun, even through very hard times in her life. She has been so strong this year. Her mother has been very sick, she has heart problems. At times the family was afraid they would lose her. However Melody never lost faith in God's healing powers. She never left her mom's side, and even shared one of our fun Goodreads activities with her mom to take her mom's mind off of her pain. Her mom turned out to be a great writer in the activity, and a lot of fun to have with us :). Now the doctors say Melody's mom is doing better! She isn't healed, but this positive turn in her health is one to truely celebrate! It gives the family even more hope for their beloved mother. Not to mention this gift from God comes just in time for the holidays! Melody gave so much of herself, even when she was afraid, she push forward, and fearlessly took wonderful care of the mother she loves dearly. I would like to see this fearless young woman rewarded for such a beautiful display of love. I want to thank her for showing me, and all of us on the board, what the kind of love Jesus talks about wanting us to have for each other is! I am thankful there are people out there like this to daily give us examples of a Godly love, and inspire us to love unselfishly too.

Lyn, is it OK if I e-mail you, if I am blesed enough to win this book for my friend? I don't like putting my e-mail out there on a public forum. Thanks!

I would nominate my friend who mentored me in the beginning of my writing career. She patiently encouraged me, even though she and her husband were going through tough times. She has stuck with me through edits, discouragements and victories. Her name is Terri.
Thanks for the chance to win.
